About Me

I’m a girl. I work in HR. And have lovingly been called  “the girl in HR” for years now.

This HR girl is an expert in HR Technology, HR process and programs, HR Service Centers, Shared Service, change management,  project management, and six sigma — so I bring all those lens together to look at the whole picture.

You’ll find lots of HR pros chatting about talent, candidates, jobs, and recruiting. I look at those things too, but more focuses on business, technology, and how it impacts employees. If you’re employees are thinking about it — its potentially impacting your bottom line and their engagement. Its all connected — and I call it “Making The HR Connection.”

And sometimes I chat about oh some of my other geeky and goofy interests come up that may come up sometimes too — I love animals, trees, traveling, sci-fi, science, healthy living (although I have to really work at it), and photography — and Dr. Who (9th Doctor is my fav!).

All views and opinions are mine. Welcome to my blog and my world!

  1. Great post. I was checking constantly this blog and I’m impressed!
Extremely helpful information particularly the ultimate phase
🙂 I deal with such information a lot. I was
seeking this certain info for a long time. Thanks and good luck.

  2. With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any issues
of plagorism or copyright violation? My site has a lot of unique content I’ve either
created myself or outsourced but it appears a lot
of it is popping it up all over the internet without my permission. Do you know any methods to help protect against content
from being stolen? I’d really appreciate it.

  3. I am not sure where you’re getting your information, but great topic.
I needs to spend some time learning much more or understanding more.
Thanks for fantastic info I was looking for this info for my mission.

  4. Hey there just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let you know a few of the pictures
aren’t loading properly. I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue.
I’ve tried it in two different browsers and both
    show the same outcome.
